For many years, growth meant achievement measured by external validation. Up until my mid-thirties, I had spent my life pursuing the version of success I was taught to value: working hard, advancing professionally, making more money, and doing all the "right" things that were supposed to lead to fulfillment. Yet, simply achieving more in life did not provide the sense of fullness I wanted.
In fact, the opposite was true. Internally, something felt increasingly disconnected. Misaligned. I was completely burnt out and knew something needed to change, but I wasn't sure where to start.
What ultimately changed my life was not another role, goal, or framework, but a willingness to question the conditioning I had absorbed and the patterns I was living inside of. As I began to break through those internal constraints, new truths became unavoidable.
I discovered a deeper relationship with presence. With choice. With myself. With life itself.
I fell in love with living consciously rather than by default. And through that process, I came to understand power not as control, but as agency — the ability to see clearly, choose intentionally, and act in alignment with my greater purpose.
That exploration has never ended. UNBOUND is not the result of "arriving." It is the ongoing practice of seeking an unbound life, again and again, by noticing what constraints we are living in and claiming our power to choose differently.
My work as a coach is shaped by this lived experience. I don't believe people need fixing. I believe they need space, clarity, and support to reclaim their agency and follow through on what they already know.
UNBOUND exists to support that process. Our goal is not to find quick answers, but with honest inquiry and grounded action, you'll achieve sustained change.
If you feel called to this work, you're likely already standing at a threshold. I'd be honored to support you in crossing it.
